Athirappally
Morning pick up from Cochin railway station / airport. Drive to Athirapally (79 km / 2 hrs.) which is a famous and beautiful tourist spot in Kerala. En-route to Thumpurmuzhy, most beautiful garden with a Children park, Riverside garden with facility of natural river bath. It is eco fragile area with a lot of activities. It has basically a check dam, this part of the river is most suitable for bath .It has a beautiful mountain view of eye catching. Kerala’s no – 1Butterfly garden is in Thumboormuzhy , it is a photo point for honeymooners, leisure etc. .
Check in hotel . Fresh in and visit Athirapally Vazhachal , the most famous waterfalls of Kerala, situated on the Chalakudy River, which originates from the upper reaches of the Western Ghats. At the entrance to the Sholayar ranges is the largest waterfall in Kerala, Athirapally ,Vazhachal waterfall is close to dense green forests that are home to many endangered and endemic species of flora and fauna. Overnight stay in hotel.
Valparai
Morning after breakfast proceed to Valparai via Sholayar (76km /3.5hrs ) , Sholayar Forest has a total area of about 400 sq. km. Valparai is different from other tourist spots unlike Ooty. Munnar, Kodaikanal, etc because of some of its unique nature. Ecotourism is given more importance than regular for of tourism. Chinnakallar in Valparai records maximum rainfall next to Chirapunji. Valparai is the only hill station in the world which has 12 dams and hydroelectric power stations. Overnight stay in hotel.
Morning after breakfast proceeds to Cochin Bid farewell from the beautiful scenic place.
