Itinerary: 4 Nights and 5 Days
Day 1
Trivandrum
Upon arrival in Trivandrum International Airport/Railway station, you will be welcomed by our Lifeline Holidays representative. You will be checking in the hotel and then proceed to Neyyar Dam where you will have the opportunity to go for boating, trekking and crocodile watching. The boat ride will enable an opportunity to view elephants, deers, and the Agasthyamalai hills. During summer season, with permission from the Forest Department, you can go trekking on Agasthya peak. A medicinal garden with 178 different species of plants, a park having beautiful life-like statues are some of the highlights of the tour. There is a famous ashram here known for its Ayurveda treatments which is just a 10 minute walk from the dam. After the sightseeing tour, we will drive back to the Hotel for an evening of rest and relaxation.
Day 2
Ponmudi
After Breakfast we proceed to Ponmudi which is about one and a half hour drive from Trivandrum. Here you will experience the invigorating natural beauty of a hill station. The name Ponmudi means a hill station close to the sea.
Day 3
Thenmala
Today we proceed to Thenmala 72 Kms from Trivandrum. On the way, we will check into the hotel. Thenmala is an ideal destination for people who enjoy the natural beauty of lush green forests, There are opportunities to enjoy butterfly safaris, boating, and trekking, Our overnight stay will be in the hotel followed by breakfast.
Day 4
Allepey
Today we will proceed to Allepey, On arrival, we will check into a traditional Kerala style Houseboat and cruise through the backwaters of Allepey. This is a fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of Kerala’s backwaters. On the Houseboat you will be greeted with a welcome drink of tender coconut, tea and snacks. Enjoy a scrumptious lunch and dinner on the water. Overnight stay in house boat followed by breakfast.
Day 5
Cochin
After you check out of the houseboat, our representative will drop you at Cochin International airport/ Railway station so you can proceed on your return journey with your rich memories of Kerala experienced through Lifeline Holidays.
